Just a note to say how absolutely delighted I am with the website.

When I realised I needed a website, I looked, as you do, at so many web designer’s pages, but yours was the one that really stood out.

I phoned you and you took the time to explain exactly what you could do and what I could expect. As I’m not too computer ‘savvy’ that was very helpful.

I think I must have chosen one of the most intricate logos, but you produced it without hesitation.

I explained the colours I liked and almost as if you had a sixth sense, that lovely warm London Embankment scene appeared. Then as we progressed you added those very crisp clean photos of the flowers.

In fact your choice of pictures, portraying some of the treatments available that I have written about, has just been so apt and appropriate, it’s amazing.

The thing that stands out most, apart from your expertise, is your tremendous patience. When I think of how many times I wrote something, you put it on the site and then I asked you to alter it!!!!!!!!

All in all Chris, I can’t begin to tell you how grateful I am. You have made the site look professional, modern, crisp and uncluttered, just as I had described to you when you initially asked me what I was looking for. You stuck completely to our planned brief.
